Riz's Fearless Tony Nomination Predictions

Of note:

Pity there isn’t an ensemble award. Contenders this season would be Jitney, Come from Away, Indecent, Sweat.

“Sunday in the Park with George” is not eligible for Tony consideration because producers did not make tickets available to Tony voters because of its limited run.

Glenn Close is not eligible for her performance in “Sunset Boulevard.” (She won a Tony for the same role in the original production.)

Look for a choreography nomination for Denis Jones for his work “Holiday Inn”

“Anastasia” just doubled its chances for a scenic nomination because Aaron Rhynes (projections) is named along with Alexander Dodge for set design.

I hope that the glorious (de-facto vocal) arrangements for In Transit are recognize

I also moved Corey Hawkins up when I learned that he is eligible for leading man in a play. Nathan Lane gets bumped. Sorry, Nathan. And Anthony Chisholm takes Corey's place on my list in the featured actor in a play category.
